📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives in Makassar and Jayapura regions.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors.
• Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with the national sales team to align regional efforts with overall company goals.
• Report on sales performance and market conditions to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in a similar industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce or SAP.
• Familiarity with the retail or distribution industry is a plus.
• Ability to travel frequently between Makassar and Jayapura.
