📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Area Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the smooth execution of projects.,Coordinate with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time and to the required standards.,Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports to the Area Manager.,Organize and facilitate team meetings, ensuring productive discussions and decision-making.,Support the Area Manager in developing and implementing training programs for team members.,Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.,Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and ensuring timely resolutions.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and support of company initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Experience in project management and team coordination.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and practices.,Willingness to travel for business purposes.
