📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist the Section Head in managing and leading the team, ensuring smooth operations and high performance.
  • Coordinate and supervise team activities, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to the required standards.
  • Support the Section Head in developing and implementing team strategies and plans.
  • Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed.
  • Assist in recruitment, training, and development of team members.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of team activities and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Represent the company at meetings, events, and other official functions as required.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using office software and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Ability to speak and write in English and Indonesian fluently.
