📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted outreach and relationship building.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities and threats.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns using tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email marketing platforms.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of sales and marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing and sales initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales and marketing strategies.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
