📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Captain in managing and leading the team.,Ensure that all team members are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure that all projects are completed on time.,Monitor team performance and provide feedback and support as needed.,Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.,Handle team communication and ensure that all team members are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.,Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Assist in the development and implementation of team policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with HR policies and procedures.,Experience in team building and conflict resolution.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
