📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the café and coffee shop, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.,Manage and lead a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are performing at their best and delivering exceptional customer service.,Develop and implement strategies to drive the growth and success of the business, including marketing, sales, and customer engagement initiatives.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are met, and that the café and coffee shop is a safe and welcoming environment for customers and staff.,Monitor and manage the financial performance of the business, ensuring that we are operating profitably and making sound financial decisions.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders, to ensure that we are able to source high-quality ingredients and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role in the café and coffee industry.,A strong understanding of business operations, including financial management, marketing, and customer service.,Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of staff.,A passion for the café and coffee industry, with a strong understanding of the latest trends and developments.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.,A proactive and results-oriented approach, with the ability to think strategically and drive the growth and success of the business.
