📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the financial operations of the company, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.,Develop and implement financial strategies to drive growth and profitability.,Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify trends and opportunities.,Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
