In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and a passion for creating a positive work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees,Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback,Coordinate training and development programs,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations,Handle employee benefits and compensation,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using HR software and tools,Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities,Familiarity with employee relations best practices,Experience in managing a team and leading projects
