As a Lead Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, construction, and maintenance of civil infrastructure projects. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, design, and construction of civil infrastructure projects.,Ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations and standards.,Manage and mentor a team of civil engineers and technicians.,Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.,Conduct site inspections and quality control to ensure projects meet specifications.,Prepare and submit project reports, proposals, and other documentation.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Professional certification (e.g., PE, SE) is a plus.,Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.,Experience with construction management and project scheduling software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian construction industry and regulations.
