📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation strategies.,Prepare and file legal documents, including complaints, motions, and appeals.,Represent the foundation in court proceedings, negotiations, and mediations.,Monitor and update case statuses, deadlines, and court schedules.,Provide legal advice and guidance to internal teams on litigation matters.,Collaborate with external legal counsel and law firms as needed.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and records.,Stay informed about legal developments and trends relevant to the foundation's interests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation or legal practice.,Strong understanding of Indonesian legal system and procedures.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English.,Proficient in using legal research databases and software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Experience with legal software and case management systems is a plus.
