📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain CNC machines, milling centers, and other machining equipment to produce high-quality automotive parts.
• Perform casting processes, including sand casting, die casting, and investment casting, to produce metal components.
• Inspect and test machined and cast parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Document and record production data, including quality control reports and maintenance logs.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in machining and casting operations, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Familiarity with CNC machines, milling centers, and various casting equipment.
• Knowledge of quality control processes and standards, such as ISO 9001.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills in English and Indonesian.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Willingness to travel and work in a dynamic, growing company.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to commute to the workplace.
