📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the sales process by providing product information and promoting our products to customers,Handle cash transactions and manage the cash register accurately,Maintain a clean and organized sales area, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for customers,Process customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely and satisfactory resolutions,Collaborate with the sales team to meet daily and monthly sales targets,Assist in inventory management by updating stock levels and ordering new products as needed,Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty,Participate in training programs to enhance sales and customer service skills

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Basic knowledge of cash handling and financial transactions,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus,Proficient in using basic office software and point-of-sale systems,Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be flexible with schedules,High school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on business or related fields is preferred
