📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion.,Ensure all construction activities comply with safety regulations and standards.,Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.,Monitor project progress, budget, and timelines, and report to senior management.,Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure quality and safety standards are maintained.,Train and mentor junior engineers and site staff.,Manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction site engineering.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction laws, regulations, and safety standards.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience in managing construction projects in Bali is a plus.,Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.,Proven track record of successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
