📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist customers with orders and provide information about bakery products
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the bakery area
• Stock and organize bakery display to ensure a pleasant shopping experience
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations
• Follow health and safety guidelines to prevent foodborne illnesses
• Assist in special events or promotions as needed
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the food and beverage industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling procedures
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg
• Friendly, outgoing personality
