Bright Code Abadi is seeking a dedicated and experienced Captain to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our fleet. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving excellence in our operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the assigned vehicle fleet.,Ensure all vehicles are maintained and serviced according to manufacturer specifications.,Monitor driver performance and provide feedback and training as needed.,Plan and execute routes efficiently to meet delivery deadlines.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and driver performance.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to operational improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the logistics or transportation industry.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Proven ability to manage a team of drivers effectively.,Strong knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with fleet management software and tools.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is a plus.
