In this role, you will support the HR team in various HR activities, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with company policies. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain and update employee records and documents.,Support the HR team in administrative tasks such as payroll processing and benefits administration.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct employee orientation and onboarding programs.,Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to employees.,Support the HR team in conducting performance reviews and appraisals.,Assist in the management of employee benefits and compensation packages.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR practices and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with payroll processing and benefits administration is a plus.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
