📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize the end-to-end distribution process, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and sales execution.
• Ensure operational excellence and cost efficiency through the use of advanced tools and software, such as SAP and Oracle.
• Lead and mentor a team of distribution professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and growth.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve distribution efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Monitor and analyze distribution performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient distribution operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in distribution operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end distribution operations with a focus on operational excellence and cost efficiency.
• Strong knowledge and experience with distribution management software, such as SAP and Oracle.
