As the Head of Creative, you will be responsible for developing and executing creative strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty. You will lead brainstorming sessions, manage creative projects from concept to completion, and ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and creativity. With a competitive salary of Rp 30,000,000 - Rp 50,000,000 per bulan, this is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in the creative industry.

• Develop and execute creative strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Lead and mentor a team of designers, copywriters, and content creators.
• Manage creative projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align creative vision with business objectives.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in creative design and marketing.
• Create compelling campaign concepts and ensure their successful execution.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance to drive continuous improvement.
• Present creative ideas to stakeholders and secure approval for project execution.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in creative direction and project management.
• Proven track record of leading creative teams and delivering successful campaigns.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Certification in project management (PMP, CAPM) is a plus.
