📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assisting in the recruitment and selection process, including coordinating interviews and maintaining candidate records.
  • Managing employee records, including onboarding, offboarding, and updating personal information.
  • Supporting the HR team in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Assisting in the administration of employee benefits and compensation.
  • Handling employee inquiries and resolving HR-related issues.
  • Assisting in the organization of training and development programs for employees.
  • Contributing to the maintenance of a positive and productive work environment.
  • Assisting in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of HR software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
  • Understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
