Hotel Eko Cafe & Coffee is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing financial advice to the management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's financial records and ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices and management of accounts payable.,Monitor and manage the company's bank accounts and ensure proper reconciliation.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to the management team.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Train and mentor junior accountants and staff on accounting procedures and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian tax regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with hotel or hospitality industry accounting practices is a plus.
