As the Lead Accountant, you will be responsible for managing the accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing strategic financial advice. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Oversee the preparation and filing of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Lead and mentor junior accountants and provide training and development opportunities.,Conduct financial analysis and provide strategic advice to support business decision-making.,Manage vendor and customer accounts, including invoicing, collections, and payments.,Prepare and review tax returns and ensure timely submission.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian GAAP.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Knowledge of tax laws and regulations is a plus.
