📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Lead and mentor junior accounting staff.,Manage and maintain accounting records and systems.,Prepare and analyze financial reports for management.,Conduct audits and reviews of financial transactions.,Handle intercompany transactions and consolidations.,Provide financial advice and support to other departments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (GAAP).,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with tax regulations and procedures.
