📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and mentor a team of store assistants to achieve sales targets.,Implement and maintain store policies and procedures.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock is available.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.,Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.,Assist in the planning and execution of store promotions and events.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Experience with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.
