Process and record financial transactions accurately,Provide excellent customer service to clients and customers,Maintain and update financial records and reports,Handle cash and electronic payments securely,Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations,Assist in inventory management and stock control,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in cashiering or related roles,Strong knowledge of financial transactions and accounting principles,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using computer and office software,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Good understanding of customer service standards and practices,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies
