ESPP Sdn Bhd is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Support Specialist & Purchasing Officer to join our team in Canggu, Bali. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to our sales and purchasing operations while gaining exposure to the vibrant and diverse market in Bali.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans.
  • Manage and maintain supplier relationships, including negotiations and contract management.
  • Oversee the procurement process, from request to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place purchase orders as needed.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products and services.
  • Provide support to the sales team in meeting targets and achieving sales goals.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform purchasing decisions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and activities.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or purchasing, preferably in an international or multicultural environment.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes and supplier management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Valid driver's license and the ability to travel frequently, including to remote locations.
