📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure they run smoothly and efficiently.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support.,Monitor performance and productivity, and implement strategies to improve them.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.,Resolve conflicts and issues that arise within the team.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all operations.,Attend and participate in team meetings and training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably in Business Administration, Management, or a similar discipline.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Knowledge of relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HR policies and procedures is a plus.
