📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and maintain detailed BIM models using industry-leading software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
• Ensure all models comply with industry standards and project specifications.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve design and modeling issues.
• Conduct clash detection and coordinate models to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare accurate and detailed construction documents and schedules.
• Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies and industry trends.
• Provide technical support and training to junior team members.
• Participate in project reviews and meetings to ensure project goals are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in BIM modeling.
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
• Certification in BIM technology (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional, BIM Collaboration Format Certified Professional).
• Strong understanding of building codes and construction standards.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
