🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR development or a similar role.
• Proven track record of success in managing HR operations and implementing HR strategies.
• Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
