📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating offers.
• Support the development and delivery of training programs, using tools like SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft Teams.
• Contribute to employee relations activities, including conflict resolution and performance management.
• Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new and departing employees.
• Support HR data management, using tools like SAP SuccessFactors and Excel.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives, contributing to the overall success of the HR department.
• Stay up-to-date with HR trends and best practices, and share your insights with the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR or a related field (internships or part-time work count).
• Familiarity with HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, Microsoft Office, and HRIS systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Proactive and detail-oriented, with a strong work ethic.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel and work in different locations as needed.
