📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives in Makassar and Jayapura regions.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors.
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with the national sales team to align regional efforts with overall company goals.
- Report on sales performance and market conditions to senior management.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in a similar industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce or SAP.
- Familiarity with the retail or distribution industry is a plus.
- Ability to travel frequently between Makassar and Jayapura.
- Must be fluent in both Indonesian and English.
