📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Maintain and repair electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, and emergency systems.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for the procurement and installation of new equipment and systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to electrical and infrastructure systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards for electrical work.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and work orders to optimize system uptime.
• Provide technical support and training to facility staff on the operation and maintenance of electrical and infrastructure systems.
• Monitor and analyze system performance to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities engineering, with a focus on electrical and infrastructure maintenance.
• Certification in electrical safety and compliance, such as OSHA or equivalent.
• Proficient in using electrical maintenance software, such as SAP or similar.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with building automation systems (BAS) and energy management systems (EMS) is a plus.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Indonesia.
