📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Support the development and implementation of corporate governance frameworks and policies.
• Assist in process optimization initiatives, identifying inefficiencies and proposing improvements.
• Participate in procurement and outsourcing activities, including vendor evaluations and contract negotiations.
• Contribute to third-party risk management processes, including due diligence and monitoring.
• Assist in the preparation and analysis of reports related to governance, process optimization, and third-party risk management.
• Support the Central Services team in maintaining and updating internal systems and databases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance your knowledge and skills in governance, process optimization, and third-party risk management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Strong academic performance with a minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0.
• Basic knowledge of corporate governance principles and practices.
• Familiarity with process optimization techniques and tools (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, BPMN).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
