📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the installation of high-voltage (HV) and low-voltage (LV) electrical systems for high-rise and commercial projects.
• Ensure compliance with international and local electrical codes and standards.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control to maintain high standards of workmanship.
• Train and mentor junior staff on safety protocols and best practices.
• Manage project documentation, including permits, permits, and technical drawings.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in electrical engineering.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently, minimizing downtime and disruptions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical site supervision, with a focus on high-rise and commercial projects.
• Proven experience with AutoCAD and ETAP software.
• Valid electrical contractor’s license and certifications (e.g., NECA, IAEI).
• Strong knowledge of local and international electrical codes and regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
